Our Mission
Elevate leads the way to healthy communities. We all have the desire to live the best life we can. At times, however, we may need help doing that. Elevate guides and empowers individuals, families and communities to effectively address substance use and mental health challenges. We are a resource for residents in Washington, Waukesha, Sheboygan and Dodge counties.
Prevention
We work with youth to educate about high risk behaviors and to provide alternatives to guide them through their teen years.
Support
Sometimes families need a little help. Elevate offers support through group sessions and residential programming.
