Tw9nty One Tw4lve Legacy was established in memory of Troy O’Dell and Greg Bergeron, by their mothers, to carry out their unfinished business here on earth after being taken from this world too soon. Two moms who would give anything to have one more day, to hear one more laugh, to get one more hug from their boys. They are dedicated to saving families from the gut wrenching pain they felt watching their sons struggle with substance use disorders.

Wednesday Evening Weekly Family Education & Support Group

Elevate offers a family support group with a trained facilitator who provides education to help families understand the disease of addiction, and how best to help their loved one—while reclaiming personal quality of life.

Participants share their individual stories to help and encourage others, but they also learn coping and communication skills to deal with the effects an addict’s actions can have on others.   They come to understand that they are not to blame for their loved one’s substance abuse, and they receive support as they learn to let go of their loved one’s addiction.

Elevate’s Family Education Program is free and open to the public. The program offers a “drop in” approach so you can attend as needed or based upon your schedule.

This group is held weekly, on Wednesdays, from 5-7 p.m. To ensure social distancing during COVID-19 we have temporarily moved this group to Holy Angels Church, 138 N. 8th Ave. West Bend, WI 53095.

Pre-registration is encouraged but not required! Call to confirm the group has not been cancelled due to weather or illness.  Call 262-677-2216.
